Off course. As long as you register as a company you can always participate. Whether you’re alone or with 100 colleagues. Make sure that when you compete in a team sport that you have to participate as a company team. There are no teams formed of individual players or by placing different company’s into one team.

Off course you can attend if you’re not a top athlete. The ECSG are about fun, teambuilding and networking on a low level. Athletes of all levels are more than welcome to participate.

It’s not obligated to stay in one of the accommodations of the organization. Each participant can make their own choice whether or not to stay overnight. Rather not? Select the hotel option ‘’without hotel’’ when registering. Note: the transportation between Papendal, the accommodations and the sport venues are only available for participants who book their accommodation via the organization.

It’s no problem to come to the ECSG with your own transport. When you book the accommodation via the organization, you get access to transport at the ECSG. This is not an obligation. There are plenty of parking spots available at all the locations.

We recommend Droomparken for companies with larger groups (>50 persons) who want to stay at the same location. There are a lot of houses available and the colleagues can be divided into a large or smaller house as desired.

Everyone who wants to participate at the ECSG is more than welcome. There is only a small number of sports with a limit. These are: badminton, beach volleybal, bowling, golf, shooting and table tennis. Beceause of the limited space these sports have a maximum number of participants. The European Federation of Company Sports will announce in due course how many places per country are available for these sports, after which the national federations will allocate these places to companies and participants.

Each participant is responsible for taking out appropriate insurance. See also the conditions participants.

For all sports, participants must be at least 18 years old. In addition to an open category, some sports also have an ‘over 40’ category. In this category only participants of 40 years or older (born in 1982 or earlier) are allowed to participate.

For a number of sports, we advise participants to book their overnight accommodation in the vicinity of the sports location. This is to avoid long travel times. For the following sports, direct buses run between the overnight accommodations and the sports locations, instead of first via sports location Papendal. In the evenings the transport does go via Papendal because of dinner.
